The Winery, Podere il Saliceto, is located in Campogalliano on the Secchia River, near to Casse di Espansione and Laghi Curiel.
Isabella, Gian Paolo and Righi Marcello are the vine growers. They directly follow vineyard and vinifications.
In the wine cellar, we use small cement and inoxidizable steel tanks.
The vineyards are sited in Saliceto Buzzalino and in the territory called “Albone”; they are all trained with guyot or spurred cordon and the planting density is 4000 plants.
Alluvial soils are loose, deep and rich in potassium.
In addition to the two Lambrusco wines (Sorbara and Salamino), other autochthonous vines such as Trebbiano Modenese and Malbo Gentile are also grown.
“Et però credo che molta felicità sia agli homini che nascono dove si trovano i vini buoni”
Leonardo Da Vinci
